Hi, my name is Aaron Brogan and I’d like to thank you for visiting our website. My first experience painting was at age 14, working for my father who was restoring old houses in Topeka, Kansas. A strong work ethic was instilled in me at a young age. I attended Johnson County Community College on a cross country and track scholarship and then transferred to Kansas State University. I graduated in 1997 with a bachelor’s degree in business. Having worked every summer painting houses, I immediately wanted to establish my own painting business. Brogan’s Painting and Remodeling has been serving the Johnson county area for 17 years. We have strived to become the leading residential painting company in the area by providing consistent, dependable and quality service. Brogan’s Painting and Remodeling is based out of Olathe, Kansas. My wife, Lindsay, and I have five children, Chance, Davis, Avery, Crew and Brooks. As a business owner my great success has been finding excellent guys to build our teams with. I am proud to say that five of our team members have been with Brogan Painting for more than a decade. We have become like family and succeed largely due to the integrity of this core group. We have created a positive atmosphere centered on teamwork.

John Buschmann joined Brogan Painting in 2001, bringing with him many years of experience in painting and remodeling. His background in remodeling, including time with “Mr. Remodeler” enabled Brogan Painting to branch out our services offering finished basements, bath remodeling and re-side projects. John has been our “go to” guy for more than a decade. He has extensive field knowledge, is a great problem solver and keeps the mood upbeat with his quick wit and humor. He is often referred to as "Big John" by many of our customers. Since 2013 he has also become out primary specialist for commercial painting and drywall service. He constantly embraces new challenges and looks for ways to improve the company. John is very passionate about his family and has a passion for barbeque & volunteers on a disaster relief barbeque team. He is a big guy with a big heart!
Aaron Hill

Aaron Hill joined Brogan Painting in 2004, bringing a high level of integrity and strong work ethic. A skilled painter, Aaron also had a background in fireplace installations, carpentry and tile installation. He too has a remarkable attention to detail. After seven years with Brogan Painting, Aaron then spent three years contracting on his own, gaining valuable experience. He has been reunited with us since 2013 and we are now proud to have him leading our remodeling division. With his experience, organizational skills and emphasis on quality, Aaron makes sure his projects are on schedule and done right the first time.
Nick Newton

15 Years with Brogan Painting and Remodeling Nick Newton joined Brogan Painting in 2002, however I met nick in 1998 when he was managing a local restaurant just out of high school. That encounter lead to out hiring of his brother Jason, who spent 10 years with us before launching his own “special finishes” business. We were thrilled to bring Nick on board (even though he is a huge KU fan) and quickly found out that he is a “natural.” A talented athlete Nick also has a charming personality and an incredibly strong work ethic. He quickly became a lead painter with great attention to detail and very meticulous. Most impressive is seeing how Nick has persevered through personal tragedy and has grown stronger in the process. He is a devoted husband and a father of 2. Nick is one of the most positive and easy going guys you’ll ever meet.
Joe Matthews

2 Years with Brogan Painting and Remodeling Joe Matthews joined Brogan Painting in 2015. After several years of experience in the painting industry, Joe then started and ran his own painting business in St. Louis, gaining more valuable experience. We were fortunate to bring Joe on board with us as a project manager after he moved to Kansas City. He has continued to prove a good fit with Brogan Painting ever since. While very knowledgeable on both interior and exterior painting, Joe is constantly looking for ways to grown and improve. He too has a charming personality and positive attitude with a contagious smile. He is a very passionate guy and a proud father of 2. If you really want to see him smile, ask him about his family.
William Quintanilla

William joined Brogan Painting in 2016 and we couldn’t be more excited. William had exceeded expectations as out local paint store manager for the last decade. In our 20 years in business we have found William to be the best store manager we have ever worked with. Therefore, it was so surprise to find out his achievements during his 17 years include; Manager of the year (4,00 stores), 2 leaders awards, 2 presidents’ trips earned, Customer Service Manager of The Year leading his store to #1 in the nation for 8 years. William is great with color, understanding painting application and surface preparation. More importantly he is excellent with people/ He is bilingual (English and Spanish), extremely relatable and great with conflict resolution. After 17 years running stores, William is now ready for a new challenge. We are truly blessed that he chose Brogan Painting of all the companies to join. The positive energy he has brought to out company is revitalizing. William played college football and Prairieview A&M University where he earned his business management degree.
